Surprise! More robotics! This second week of build season, the build team has finished putting together the amp (a scoring zone about level with the bot), and started building the speaker (another scoring zone that is higher up, requiring the robot to shoot the game piece). The design team has finished prototyping and is now starting to create a complete CAD of the robot using the information from the prototyping. Meanwhile, MOCS has finished designing new banners, and has started looking into getting decals for the new trailer that General Electric generously donated to the team. The scouting portion of the team started looking into a new system for scouting that involves using QR codes to input data. Once again, the team had a wonderful week, and can’t wait to see what happens next!
